What methods of payment do you accept?

We can take payments by credit or debit card on site or by 30-day invoice if you are under a service contract with us.

 

What type of equipment do you repair?

We will work with most equipment from full commercial to home equipment, as long as replacement spare parts are available in the marketplace.

 

How do you cost for multiple gym equipment services?

Once you send over a full comprehensive list of the equipment along with brands and model number we can work out the costings for you.  The way we do this is we have a set cost for each machine dependent on the length of time and skill needed.

 

What’s included in your call out charge?

With the standard call out charge, either a service or repair, you would get an engineer for upto one hour one site (parts fitted not included).

We offer one month no-quibble guarantee on all manual work carried out.

All electrical parts fitted come with 6-month manufacturers guarantee.

 

What service contract periods do you offer?

We offer 12 months rolling contracts, meaning after the initial 12 months you can either cease your contract or continue for a further 12 months. 

Equipment service contracts are tailored to your individual needs (generally 6 or 12 monthly).
